Marketing Account Manager (Reporting to the Account Director)
This is a superb career opportunity for an individual with excellent relationship building skills and who is passionate and knowledgeable about marketing in today’s fast paced digital environment. We are looking for someone to join our successful team and to build long-term trusted partnerships with our clients, through the delivery of exceptional customer service and class leading marketing solutions and results. 
Your key objective as an MB Account Manager is simply to make your clients more successful.  Specifically by recommending the correct marketing strategy or solution for the specific needs they have so that they achieve the best possible return from their marketing investment. Ultimately helping them sell more cars, vans, trucks or bikes. 
You will need to meet regularly with our clients, then consult, create and deliver successful marketing and campaign strategies that deliver the required result. Keeping them ahead of their competition and maintaining or developing a trusted partner relationship status between us.
To do this you will need to be a passionate marketer, a person who strives to keep ahead of the marketing landscape when it comes to the latest knowledge of what works, why and when. 
You will need exceptional communication and presentation skills so you can communicate those ideas effectively to your clients in a way that engages them, whilst taking a consultative approach. 
You will also need to be a highly organised individual who thrives on deadlines because the speed and reliability of what we do is of significant high value to our clients.
Key skill sets and experience of the successful applicant will include:
  • Experience in marketing within the retail or similar sector.
  • Experience and skilled in client facing meetings. Including meeting preparation, brief taking and presentations to clients of marketing ideas and subsequent results.
  • Ability to create integrated online/offline marketing solutions from brief through to delivery.
  • Relevant understanding of marketing analytics and their relevance.
  • Personality to quickly build rapport and trust with an established client group.
  • Growth mind-set.
  • Self-sufficient, highly organised and able to effectively manage a Marketing Assistant resource.
  • Team player, leadership qualities.
