National Receptionist Day

The role of receptionist at MB has changed a lot over the last few years as the way we communicate with our clients has evolved. This has been most recently influenced by the Pandemic and new technologies that we have introduced. Regardless of the constantly changing demands of the job, the one thing that has remained steadfast is Carolyn’s dedication to her role in supporting the business and the whole team. Carolyn is still the voice of the company, the first contact from incoming customer and supplier calls but she is also a key part of the team in keeping the office operational and running smoothly.

Carolyn has been with us for twelve years this August and we all appreciate her super efficiency, outstanding organisational skills, and the kindness that she shows us all on a daily basis. So, to celebrate Carolyn on this special day, we will be presenting her with a lovely bunch of flowers and some nice chocolates as a big thank you for everything she does!

Here is what our MD, Simon had to say:

“Carolyn represents everything that MB stands for when it comes to people. She is courteous and considerate to everyone she comes has contact with. Hard working, diligent and has a ‘can do’ attitude with every task she gets involved with. Happy and cheerful, no matter the weather, regardless of how many coffee granules have made their way into the sugar bowl. A delight to have in the office with an attitude that represents the fabric of the company.”
