Over the last few weeks, we are delighted to announce the well-deserved promotions of six members of staff across our agency in recognition of hard work and outstanding performance.
Greg Wright promoted to Creative Team Manager and joins the Management team
Greg joined our team directly from college over twenty years ago as a Junior Designer and has a thorough understanding of our clients, their creative needs and our values as a business which makes him an ideal fit for his newly created role. Over the last eighteen months, Greg has taken a pro-active approach in managing the workflow of the creative team under some challenging conditions, continuing to deliver, along with his colleagues, a first-class creative service to the agency.
Our Managing Director, Simon Crace stated the following about Greg: “As our Creative Team Manager, we are sure that Greg will successfully continue his hard work and give the creative team continued support and guidance as we navigate our way through the coming months and years. This will include the immediate need of appointing two new designers into the department.”
We asked Greg how he felt about his promotion: “I feel pretty good. It’s rewarding for people to see qualities that I have and to have a feeling of recognition for all the hard work that I have been putting in over the years and especially during the pandemic. I’m wanting to develop and push myself and this is the ideal opportunity to do this and to further develop the team at the same time”.
Gareth Jones promoted to Senior Designer
Gareth began his career with us back in 2002 and he joined our creative team via studio in 2016. During this time, he has worked hard to continually develop his design and concept skills in particularly over the last five years. His promotion to Senior Designer, is in recognition of his outstanding effort, quality design work and his first-class attitude that he always displays.
Emma Ferriday promoted to Marketing Executive
Emma has recently moved teams and is also working a new agency account - a double challenge which she has adapted to superbly well with great feedback from our client. Emma has now successfully demonstrated that she can comfortably manage her daily workload and ably support her Account Manager, April, which makes her promotion fully deserved.
Georgina Goldsmith and Christian Allwood promoted to Digital Marketing Assistant
Georgina and Christian both joined us as apprentices and have worked hard to become valuable members of the digital team and wider agency and their promotions to Digital Marketing Assistants are in recognition to their valuable efforts and successful performance.
Simon added the following: “I would like to congratulate each one of them for their outstanding performance. As an agency, it is our aim to provide industry-leading marketing solutions for our automotive clients which is achieved through the talents and skills that we employ across our amazing teams. Well done to you all.
